Discharges and regurgitation

  •    The distinction is rarely made.
  •    Rejection is mechanical, when the baby moves or when carrying or changing, pressure on the stomach causes the milk to rise. Usually occurring shortly after the end of the meal, it is often an overflow or burping with milk. It is not painful, the big eater remains jovial.
  •     Regurgitation occurs spontaneously without any mechanical causes found, in calm or sleep, most often long after the end of the meal, the stomach is still full it empties badly so the stomach evacuates from the top. This is almost all the time with exceptional mother's milk artificial milk. This regurgitation can be painful and requires medical care, by medication or by changing the milk because modern milk with hydrolysas or pre-probiotics (such as yoghurts) improves gastric tolerance and decreases regurgitation .
